I really wanted pops the other day. They’re these big Portuguese bread rolls that you can get in Massachusetts that we got all the time as a kid. I haven’t had them in months.

I can’t sleep. That’s not just a statement about the here and now, but just… in general. I don’t sleep well. Mostly when I’m alone. I have this terrible headache almost like the thoughts are bouncing around bruising my temples and forehead from the inside. I can’t help but get sad when it’s after 1am and I can’t quite remember how I felt...
